Refund and Return Policy

At VersaGrove, we prioritize customer convenience. We ensure that refunds and returns are handled smoothly for our customers.

Our policy lasts for 5 days after you receive your order. Unfortunately, if 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, report any defects in the product within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

General Return Guidelines

  • Products can be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Keep the product tags intact.
  • Ensure the product is unwashed, unused, and in its original undamaged condition.
  • Please return the item with its original packaging.

 

Return Process

  • Initiate returns/exchanges within 5 days of order delivery.
  • If pickup services are not available, you may use any courier service for the return.
  • Refund of courier charges will be communicated based on product and policy terms.
  • For self-couriered returns, provide Proof of Delivery (PoD) for validation.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds for courier charges require a valid Return Voucher slip (RVP) or written confirmation from the courier company.
  • In case of a discrepancy in reverse pick-up status, provide the RVP slip for refund initiation.
  • Refunds for products returned by mistake are not guaranteed.

 

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchange is available at a special price for eligible products, as indicated on the product page.
  • Exchange with a different product is possible if the selected item is returnable and exchangeable.

 

Delivery Issues

  • If you don't receive the delivery within the agreed time, you can claim a refund after deducting relevant charges.

 

Replacement Policy

  • Damaged, soiled, or products differing from specifications are eligible for replacement as per our policy.

 

Payment and Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be processed through the same issuing bank for cash on delivery transactions.
  • Electronic payments (debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet) will be refunded using the same payment mode.
  • All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees only.

     

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
    • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

     

    Partial Refunds

    In some situations, only partial refunds are granted for:

    • Books with obvious signs of use
    • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
    • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

     

    Miscellaneous

    • We are committed to providing quality service; however, VersaGrove is not liable for damages, interests, or claims resulting from non-processing or delays beyond our control.

     

    Late or Missing Refunds 🫤
